How I met RAVI!!!

Be Authentic

BTW, what the hack is marketing?

How to become a better marketer then?

  1. Travel more
  2. Learn new language.
  3. Do new things all the time

When you write, just write for one person, the easiest way is , write it in the format of an email. But, how do I find that one person, that’s what we are going to discuss next.

PS: Really interesting stuff ahead

So, what we are going to do now is finding our customer avatar. My precious :)

Let’s do this, this is how I found Ravi, my customer avatar.

  1. I created a google form and shared it crazily on whatsapp, facebook, telegram etc
  2. I had a target to at least collect 50 responses, I collected 69.

After almost 4 hours of work, I finally found Ravi. He is 30 years old, lives in Pune, have a decent job with a salary of 7 Lac.

He feels health is important but doesn’t have much awareness about it.

He doesn’t pay much attention to eating healthy and because of busy schedule, could not do any physical activity.

He does not take any supplements but willing to invest money towards his health.

As you can guess, my niche is health and wellness.

Some Nuggets that Deepak shared in class 2 which are worth mentioning.

  1. You should not start a new conversation. You should join the conversation which the prospect already had in his mind. (Like I know Ravi is willing to know how can he pay more attention to his health, so I can write a post on his requirement which he can relate to easily)
  2. Email and Webinar are best way to talk to your ideal customer directly.
  3. Write a post where title will lead reader to first sentence, than second sentence and so on… Btw, did you feel so while reading this post, please let me know :)
  4. Address people by their first name
  5. When you write email, write like you write to a friend.
  6. They should feel they already know you.

Awkwardness is an indicator of learning.
